The Princeps team comprises young, dynamic lawyers with vast experience in legal practice and client-oriented legal advice. Leading the team is Mr. Noah Ephraem Adamtey, the Managing Attorney of Princeps Legal. Mr. Adamtey advises local and international clients on a broad range of matters, focusing on dispute resolution, human rights, transnational litigation, environmental conservation, and asset acquisition and management.

Noah Adamtey

Mr. Adamtey’s illustrious career combines extensive private practice and academia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Rural Development and an LL.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He was awarded the Vivian Leitner Scholarship for International Law and Justice in 2020 and earned an LL.M in International Law and Justice from Fordham University Law School, where he served as a Research Fellow. Additionally, he has taught the African Human Rights system at Fordham’s Summer Human Rights School.

In 2022, Mr. Adamtey received White & Case LLP’s Global Citizenship Fellowship, working in the firm’s New York office. There, he supervised global pro bono projects in various service areas. Before founding Princeps Legal, he worked with reputable law firms, policy institutions, and the government of Ghana.
